摘要在桥梁建成后,桥梁的安全、稳定运行离不开日常的管理与养护,传统的人工管养方式费时费力且效果不佳,以知识库和推理机为基础的专家系统,可大幅度地提高桥梁管养的有效性和高效性。以赣江特大桥监测系统为应用背景,针对实时监测和人工巡检数据,设计和开发了一套基于Jess的桥梁智能决策专家管养系统。该系统根据现行的桥梁管养规范和桥梁管养专家的经验建立专家系统的事实库与规则库,以CLIP文件描述桥梁各种病害及应采取的治理维修措施,系统根据输入的桥梁病害描述进行推理,并自动化输出相应的桥梁病害养护、维修和治理措施。实践表明,该管养系统能自动化给出最优的桥梁管养策略,提升了桥梁的管养效率,为桥梁的管理与养护提供了可靠的保障。[url=]收起[/url]The safe and stable operation of a bridge is inseparable from its daily management and maintenance. The traditional manual management and maintenance method is time-consuming,laborious and ineffective,while the expert system on the basis of knowledge base and inference engine can greatly improve the effectiveness and efficiency of bridge management and maintenance. In this paper,the monitoring system for Ganjiang River Bridge is taken as the application background,and a bridge intelligent decision expert management and maintenance system based on Jess is designed and developed according to realtime monitoring and manual inspection data. According to the current bridge management and maintenance specifications and the experience of bridge management and maintenance experts,the fact base and rule base of the expert system are established.Various bridge diseases and maintenance measures that should be taken are described by CLIP file. Inferences are carried out and the corresponding bridge disease maintenance,repair and treatment measures are automatically output according to the inputted bridge disease description. The practice shows that the designed management and maintenance system can automatically give the optimal bridge management and maintenance strategy and improve the bridge management and maintenance efficiency,so it can provide a reliable guarantee for the management and maintenance of the bridge.[url=]FEWER[/url]
